Preheat your oven to 160 celcius.
Mix all your dry ingredients in a bowl including your optional flavourings.
Add your water and oil and combine until all ingredients are moist.
Cover a flat baking tray with baking paper. Add the mixture to the tray.
Put another sheet of baking paper over the top and then use a roller to flatten the mixture.
Roll until it is the thickness of a cracker. Remove the top paper.
Place into your oven and cook for approximately 20 minutes or until partially crisped.
Put the second sheet of paper over the top and use to turn the cracker over.
Remove the top sheet and continue cooking until the cracker is crispy and browned to your liking.
Allow to cool then cut into bite sized crackers.
